Who does real-world vehicle durability and endurance testing in the GCC?

MotogenX validates vehicles exclusively through real-world driving — on public roads, proving grounds, and desert routes across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC — for manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers headquartered outside the region who are bringing vehicles into the Gulf market.
We are an OEM outside the Gulf. Why do we need in-region testing at all?
GCC conformity requires vehicles to be supplied in hot-climate specification, covering air conditioning, fuel grade, and heat tolerance. Those requirements are difficult to validate credibly from a temperate home market. Sustained 45-50°C ambient temperatures, heat soak in parked vehicles, fine airborne dust, and Gulf highway duty cycles interact in ways that only appear when a real vehicle is driven there. In-region validation is how you confirm your GCC-spec package actually works before you commit to a launch.
How does MotogenX reduce the risk of failing GSO or SASO approval?
Notified-body approval is pass or fail, and a failure costs both budget and launch timing. MotogenX runs your vehicle through representative real-world Gulf duty cycles before submission, instrumenting cooling, air conditioning, powertrain thermal behavior, and electronic derate strategies. Problems that would cause an approval failure — or an embarrassing field issue — surface while they are still inexpensive to correct, before your submission is on the line.
Are your test programs standardised, or built to our specification?
Built to your specification. MotogenX works directly with manufacturer engineering and quality teams, designing each programme around the test specification, target duty cycles, mileage requirements, and acceptance criteria you provide — including execution against your own internal corporate standards. Deliverables include time-synchronised raw data, duty-cycle and ambient records, anomaly analysis, and engineering reporting you can take straight into internal design review or a certification submission.
Our vehicle is already certified. Why would we still run durability testing?
Because a certificate confirms your vehicle is legal to sell, not that it will survive years of Gulf service without warranty exposure. Heat and dust degrade air conditioning systems, cooling circuits, batteries, plastics, adhesives, seals, and sensors far faster than in temperate markets. Real-world endurance data quantifies those failure modes so your quality organization can act before they become field claims, recalls, or reputational damage in a market you are trying to grow.
Which powertrains and vehicle programs does MotogenX support?

Why run Gulf validation from the UAE specifically?
The UAE combines genuine extreme-climate conditions with strong infrastructure, straightforward logistics, and practical access to regional regulators. A vehicle validated in real UAE desert and highway conditions is validated for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman as well — which is why the UAE works well as a single base for an entire Gulf market-entry program.
